Start: The Farmers Arms, Muker

Distance: 7 miles       

Duration: 3 hours     

Facilities: Public Toilets at Muker and Keld

Refreshments: Muker and Keld

Difficulty: Medium - A gentle stroll through the meadows then along the River Swale on the stone track to Keld, a steep climb over Kisdon Hill, then all downhill back to Muker.

Difficulty: Medium - A great walk with fantastic views over swaledale. From Arkle Town walk the extra half mile to the pretty village of  Langthwaite
